There is no charge at anytime for North American voice calls that are less than 6 seconds. All billable calls are subject to a minimum of 99 cents. Calls are billed in Canadian dollars and charges will appear on your telephone bill. The number of minutes for 99 cents varies from country to country. International cellular phones and special services numbers may be charged at a higher rate. Consult our rates page for further information regarding international and international cellular (mobile) rates. Lucky Call rates are subject to change without notice and all rates are subject to applicable taxes. Lucky Call long-distance service is not yet available in all provinces in Canada.
